Many sites become stalled due to S106 and CIL requirements. Using a development costing RDC can renegotiate a S106/CIL agreement to unlock stalled sites or increase development profitability.
We can also offer an all-encompassing service to deliver completed sites for investors, such as identifying land for acquisition, design, planning, technical drawings, site delivery/construction and project management.
