I have been employing RDC for the last 7 years as Architectural Designers and Planners and continue to have enormous respect for this company. They undertake all of my land bid appraisal layouts in the Midlands and East regions and when successful they continue to obtain planning consent and later to prepare full working drawings for each project. They prepare presentation drawings for board approval, masterplanning, CGI’s together with pre application packages for each site. They liaise closely with my planning consultants and consulting engineers and work extremely well together in preparing applications from small to large sites. Their fees are competitive but it is their attention to detail and the way in which they deal with us as a customer which makes the difference.
