I have known RDC as a Consultant for 3 years. Talavera Estates have employed RDC as Architectural Consultants on a number of Masterplanning projects ranging from 350 to 650 units. RDC carry out Masterplanning and design services for us, working closely with us to optimise the scheme. They work closely with the Project Team taking into account the views of specialist consultants and acting accordingly to include any specialist advice within their schemes, a task in which they have been very successful. We have found their schemes to be pragmatic with an eye for commercial reality but they also demonstrate creative ability. Accordingly I am pleased to recommend RDC to you.
