Planning Approval Secured in Harston!

Great News! We have secured planning approval for our site in Harston, Cambridgeshire for Granary Developments!

The scheme consists of three large, bespoke dwellings designed in a vernacular style, on a site constrained by trees, easements, tricky access provisions, and existing neighbours. All plots were designed specifically to accommodate the various constraints, utilising 1.5 storey plots and design features to both reduce their massing, but also to ensure a light and spacious internal layout for prospective purchasers.
